We dispatch orders Wednesday to Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed by 3 PM will be processed within 5 working days. Heavier items may be shipped in multiple parcels or via courier. If Royal Mail is unavailable, we may use an alternative courier.
International Shipping:
Orders ship from the UK. Delivery times vary, and customs fees may apply. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. We are not liable for customs delays or external disruptions. Refused deliveries due to customs fees will not be refunded unless returned to us.At the moment, we do not ship to the EU, Northern Ireland, and select countries (full list available on request).
