Exclusive Trade Partners
Approved trade partners enjoy a percentage discount off the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP). -
Brand Integrity
Each blanket carries our authentic branding and labelling, representing the heritage and quality of DInefwr Blankets. To preserve this integrity, labels, swing tags and woven branding must remain intact and unaltered. -
Retail Pricing Standards
Our products are positioned within the luxury market. As such, they may not be advertised, promoted, or sold below the published RRP without prior written consent. -
Order Minimums
To qualify for trade supply, orders must meet a minimum value of £3,000 (excluding VAT and delivery charges). This reflects the premium nature of our products and the exclusivity of the partnership. -
Payment Terms
All orders are supplied strictly on a Pro Forma basis. Full cleared payment is required prior to dispatch. Ownership of goods remains with DInefwr Blankets until payment is received in full. -
Shipping & Delivery
We arrange shipping with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and will be added to your invoice. Delivery timelines are estimates only, and DInefwr Blankets is not responsible for carrier, import duty, national holiday or any other delays out of our control once dispatched. All custom duties are the responsibility of the consumer. -
Returns & Damages
Any concerns regarding damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted only with prior written approval, and all items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Approved Sales Channels
Trade partners are authorised to retail Dinefwr Blankets exclusively through their approved physical locations and official websites. Resale on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar) is not permitted without prior written approval. -
Intellectual Property
All exclusive designs, branding, photography, and marketing assets remain the exclusive property of DInefwr Blankets. Approved partners may use our marketing materials solely to promote DInefwr Blankets products, in ways that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand. -
Termination of Partnership
DInefwr Blankets reserves the right to suspend or terminate a trade account at any time, without notice, should these terms be breached or should a partnership no longer align with our brand values.
